Fee Information

We understand that seeking psychological support is an important investment in your well-being. We are committed to providing high-quality care while striving to keep our fees as transparent and accessible as possible.

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $311 per session. We have made a conscious decision to set our fees far below this recommended rate, because we believe that everyone should have access to the mental health support they need.

Patients that hold a Mental Health Care Plan are able to claim a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.Please see your GP for more information on how to attain this.

Workplace Development Order (WDO): We are registered to work with WDO requests. Please contact us prior to your first appointment to ensure it is ready.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, as appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we have the following cancellation policy in place:  

Less than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee (100%) will be charged.

24 to 48 hours' notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 to 48 hours' notice, 50% of the session fee will be charged.

More than 48 hours' notice: There will be no charge for cancellations or reschedules made with more than 48 hours' notice.

We have an automated system that will send you a text and an email prior to your appointment to allow you to reschedule if you need to.
